Q. How long does it take to process my order?
A. Orders placed prior to 1pm week days are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will be shipped the following Monday unless it is a UK public holiday.

A. Please send an image of the damaged product to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please quote your order number where we will send a replacement if available or will refund your original payment..
Q. Do you do free shipping?
A. We offer free shipping for all UK orders over £50.00 and free European shipping for orders over £80
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. UK orders are sent by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1 - 3 working days. International orders are also shipped within one working day with approximate delivery schedule for Europe - 5 - 10 working days and Rest of the world - 7 - 14 working days
Q. What do I do if my order does not arrive?
A. We work to Royal Mail and DSR regulations. For UK - Royal Mail allow 15 working days for delivery to be attempted and for International orders - Royal Mail allow 25 working days for delivery to be attempted. If your order has not arrived after the Royal Mail guidelines - please contact us and we will send a replacement or issue a refund if a replacement is not available.
